Pack Your Bag
Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring the carpet fabric is protected from moisture or crushing during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
